Just my opinion on how to fix PVP.
2v2 should be viable for double DPS.
BIG spell pruning especially for big cds that rotate the game for us. They should focus on balancing skillful actions over pressing big buttons. LIKE HOW THE GAME USED TO BE.
BG Blitz/Solo Shuffle are inferior versions of real rated bg and real 3v3 arena. Because they’ve got added novelty of 50% mount speed and 6 rounds. Game doesn’t need novelty it needs a depth of sincere seriosity.
Everyone plays classic because, Classic spell does what spell does.
I HATE everything about my favorite spec on retail. I hate pressing void volley, I hate doing the exact same CD rotation over and over again. I hate having to play around the exact same def CD rotation every time. Game didn’t use to be like that.
Give me back rot meta. Nerf healers. Make healing actually hard so that a good healer is rewarded and a bad healer dies.
I mean, dpsing into a for example Hunter, they press arrows, press survival of the fittest, then they turtle around, every game. Always the same.
I prefer when the game has critical timings, even if it can feel bad in another way, it atleast makes the game not feel super soft like it does now.
GAME DOES NOT HAVE CRITICAL TIMINGS NOW, those timings do Not exist. All about pressing the CD in the timing window that is huge. And the opposite effect of USELESS activity exists therefore. You just gotta press that button in response there’s no other option, it was decided by the other big button the enemy pressed. Trade 1 for 1 no flexibility WHATSOEVER.
The only good place to play WoW PVP now is peaking your own skillcap. Handling anything below your skill is annoying. Any retri paladin is annoying.
Can’t even tell the difference between most players because of the generic combat design, it’s so bad nowadays.
People can’t even express in words how bad it is, we just accept it, we just quit, we say nothing, we play classic whatever.
Game literally died after BFA, that was the last expansion where BIG CDs wasn’t running the game.
