Greetings. Please consider lowering the prices by at least 50%. 80€ to transfer 6 (Currently 8 until 8th of March) characters via a completely automated procedure is unreasonably expensive, to the point of ridiculousness.

Have you considered treating your customers with more respect? Bundles like this are a sticky plaster to you letting realms die. Something that was well within your gift to fix but you let it fester to the point of no return.
