Yea I’m very disappointed that this isn’t the case. I had my hopes up because the Lunar Festival flower crowns became wearable all year long.
It’s a super silly restriction in a game that permits you to wear a yeti onesie all year.

Yeah, you can walk around as a yeti all year though, if you have the yeti suit…
Honestly, I think it’s better that Blizzard limit silly transmogs like this.
