At 21:12 CET today, we deployed a hotfix to address some issues preventing Naxxramas from reinitializing properly after a soft reset.
This hotfix cleared player-selected difficulties. Before raiding Naxxramas, you’ll want to reselect your difficulties manually and interact with the Burning Conduit as you would when entering a fresh raid for the first time after a lockout.
