I can see that this issue (Drake Racer’s Scarf not being available to purchase) has been reported by other players as well and is currently under investigation.

So after completing everything on gold (all cups) the past times, buying what i could back then i now got 45 badges left and 5 cosmetic items that are 20 each left to buy from this event, so i need 55 badges for everything left (i bought the drake skins back then instead).
Yet now i can only get 10 more badges for a full rerun of ALL the courses? Oof blizz, it’s hard enough to get em gold, but to deny us being able to buy what is left the second time around is insane. 10 badges for 16 or so courses is just crazy. I would not have mind redoing them again for the last, let’s say 100 badges, even though it would take some time. But for 10? What are you doing blizz, trying to make us feel bad/frustrated?

Can’t you do the quest on an alt anymore? Did they remove that possibility?

… has anyone confirmed if there is anything new from last year? I popped to Org and the quest giver didn’t have any items for me, so guessing there isn’t ?

No, and it sucks it does. We really should be getting new stuff for every world event (maybe even micro-holidays!) to keep people coming back, especially with these cups if they’re not on an annual rotation. I’d prefer it if event themed stuff stayed off the Trading Post as well because if it can go in the game with an appropriate source then do it. There are some new DMF-styled horses coming up for Tender. It’s not too late for them to move the horses to the DMF for tokens. We haven’t had anything new there since 9.2.
