As i said, we wouldn’t get more options.
Void elves would get less because if blizzard gives every race 10 hair cuts for example, they’re not going to say “oh but this race has a second race built into it so they get 20”
Adding high elves into the mix lowers the odds of getting good void customisation.
best I could offer you high elves fans.. is Void elves with a glyph that removes the visuals of the void elf racials.

I think denying a simple passive option for Helf players isn’t on par with what you’re saying. The customization to be a High Elf already exists for Void Elves.
Those BE are tagged as Allliance for PvP.
But no fel green eyes.

An option to not have Entropic Embrace be void-y, either as a toggle or a completely new effect.
Many Void Elves would like to have both options, as well. I don’t think it’s fair to withhold that from the obvious amount of Helf-players that already have to compromise their whole fantasy because Blizzard is inconsistent.

That’s an option for another fanbase to hijack the race. Its not void elf win. It would be a high elf fan win.
I highly doubt it would just end at that either.
I could live with some form of toggle if it was tied into void elf lore somehow.

That has been mentioned before: I fail to recall who said it, but It could be a quest to “control the void within”, or something like that.
It could easily be done.
Different people ask different things.
I think because of the midnight alpha/beta it’s become clear that they will not get an allied race, void elf customisation to rp a high elf is becoming the more popular request.
Something they should do from the start. Its on the AR description.
Although personally I would really like that to not be the reason (unless it turned off the racial all together) as that would mean that those who like the visual proc are playing characters with less control of the void.
But you guys can! thats what annoys me.. you guys can RP and play as both a horde and alliance high elf. its already in the game! But this campaign.. you ask for a third addition?

It could be a toggle to conceal your powers to fit in more, or anything really.
There are many ways they could take that concept where it’d be something that fits all.

I might have been shooting blindly <.<… your an elf so… I just assumed you where fighting for high elves.
Assuming Blizzard decides fir that big shift in Status quo (and I doubt because it would be a massive pain in the rear in the unlikely reintroduction of faction tensions) there kinda would be an uproar if the core Race were to become Neutral. Also there would need to be balance so someone on Alliance side would also need to go Neutral (Night Elves maybe?)
If i wanted to play a high elf without void powers, id just play a blood elf
