I recommend people to do the heritage armor quest from blood elves. It kinda tells you the story of how high elves became blood elves. What moon is asking is literally what blood elves used to be called. He just wants the name changed to high elves
I really hope if alliance gets 100% copy of blood elves on alliance horde gets completely new elf race like San’layn which technically still looks quite like blood elves do. I’m sure alliance would appreciate you getting the same old race we’ve had for 14 years and we getting something completely new.

Your asking for something that is very impossible to add. There are many Void elf players who pulled off the Silver covenant look, and im sure with future hair colors added that will be a even bigger possibility.
