You watch at least one poster here change their tune and call it Horde Bias!!! if Horde got anything new if the Alliance got High Elves.

High elves should have been added to the Alliance looong ago. The fact that this post has been going on so long and remade just shows how requested they are. All of Blizz’ attempts at fobbing ppl off by making void elves or blue eyes really are just showing ignorance. Its not the image ppl want, it’s the lore. If they listened to the ppl requesting them, then they would know this.

nah, there’s plenty of ppl who want them. There’s always been a love for them, as they’ve been there with us from the beginning. For some reason it’s just one of those requests that Blizz outright refuse to aknowledge or address and it completely bewilders me as to why. It’s almost like stubborness at this point

Sometimes I wonder why we even help the Alliance… all they do is moan and calling us something else because of what happened many years ago. Like, come on people… show some respect.

exactly. void elves were made up in literally 10 mins, their whole lore consisting of 1 scenario…this is how they treat alliance races…same as junk gnomes–strap on some moving robotic arms that cannot be transmoged and call it a new race.

And if you want my honest opinion you are one of the problems of this thread. You don’t acknowledge that natural skinned Void elves are High elves, which is why people are suggesting for a Separate High elf race. You aren’t helping the situation at all.

They absorbed some Void, but thats not that horrible, since the Elves absorbed Arcane (From Troll to Kaldorei to Highborne to High Elves or Nightborne ), Fel (from Quel’dorei to Sin’dorei to Felblood and Shal’dorei to Felborne, or Kaldorei/Sin’dorei/Quel’dorei/Highborne to Demon Hunters), Nature (from Kaldorei to Kaldorei druids with their animalistic mutations, see Malfurion; Shal’dorei to Fal’dorei, tho that was Arcane/nature), Old God energies (from Highborne to Naga), Demonic energies (from Kaldorei/Highborne to Satyr), Death energies (from Blood Elves to San’layn), Energies of Elune/Goldrin (from Kaldorei to Worgen), Elemental energies (from Kaldorei to Druid of the Flame) and Holy/Light energies (from Green eyed Sin’dorei to Golden eyed Sin’dorei)
And finally, the Void, in the case of High and Blood Elves to Ren’dorei

But on that account Blood Elves are monsters because:
- Allied themselves with the vile Naga
- Allied themselves with the Legion
- Allied themselves with the Undead
- Allied themselves with the Orcs
- They are part of a faction that favorite pass time to destroy the land with biological weapons, mass murder for honor and glory and commit genoicide not once, not twice but several times
- Draning living semi-sentinent and sentinent cretures for mana
- Ruthless, pragmatic and self-centered jerks who tried to weasel their way back to the Alliance but that was foiled by another faction of their ruthless, pregmatic and self centered jerks who sold tehmselves to a homicidal genocidial maniac and help their “allies” to get the hand on the Divine Bell and a Manabomb
- Attacked the Naaru
- Stole their dimensional fortress, took it apart… heck, cannibalized it to built… things on Outland with the parts
- Sabotaged and crashed the Exodar (but almost made sure, the Draenei went extinct)
- Used a Naaru as a powersource to play Paladin…
- Did I missed anything?

High elves are a species.
Culturally, the high elf species is split.
You have the High elves, the blood elves. The high elves are the continuation of the pre WC3 culture as they were absent from the events that created the blood elves. The blood elves are the new culture that emerged from the survivors of Arthas sacking of Silvermoon and the fallout of that event and the Alliances treatment of them in the fallout of the collapse of Lordaeron.
Id like to go on record saying I don’t care about the issue, JUST GET YOUR DAMN FACTS STRAIGHT!

I agree with almost everything you said. However you missed one thing. High elf or the Thalassian race is split between High elves, Void elves, and Blood elves.
Void elves are Thalassian, it doesn’t matter if Blood elf players hate this fact, but it’s true. Google search is free
They speak Thalassian too, that is our native language

I missed out void elves because I see them as just high elves, sure there “void touched” but being lightforged doesn’t make the Draenai any less Draeinai
