Just to follow up on this as this character at level 70 that got stuck on this quest.
- Set your hearthstone to Ring of Fates, Oribos.
- Visit Chromie back in Stormwind/Orgrimmar and select, 7. I want to explore the afterlives.
- Hearth to Oribos, hopefully you should see the hand to interact with the table.
Using the capital’s portal room to Oribos after speaking to Chromie didn’t work for me.
I did get the main four factions up to friendly via side quests, main quests gave no rep. This part maybe makes no odds but thought I’d mention it.
