I wouldn’t say blood magic as such - but I could easily imagine the San’layn being the bootleg version of Venthyr. If the Lich King borrowed (re: stole) designs and ideas from one covenant, I don’t see why he couldn’t have done the same with what he glimpsed of Revendreth.
