Hey there !
I was wondering the same, i faction changed recently in order to get that specific quest done for my twink, and to my great surprise, i’ve farmed about 500 mobs and still haven’t seen that quest, while on alliance side, the quest dropped after 5 mobs.
It would be incredible if they could fix this because i have atleast 2 chars on my accounts that need that ring for the perfect Best In Slot gear for PVP.
@developers you guys are loosing money if you don’t fix this specific quest.

I was checking my discord for my twink and i found out about that thread i was like “Okay this a known issue atleast, i wasn’t alone to keep killing mobs and never seen that quest item drop as horde player”. I thought it would be fix within a week, but as for right now it’s still not fixed !
I have like 6 chars waiting for the faction change in order to get this.
Hopefully it will reach out the stratosphere and we get some appreciation.

Guild member sent me this thread, needless to say it’s an urgent matter, please fix this asap !
@Edit : I’ve farmed a few chunk of mobs, still not dropping as 07/05/2024.

I can only feel pain for my fellow friends horde side, i am myself waiting for a fix on this issue so i can play with them again, as for alliance we can be lucky we can do the quest !
On retail i got the quest both side, so i don’t really know why it doesn’t work on classic…
Tested it on retail yesterday for anybody who’s interested.

“Urgent matter”. Yes, compared to the sheer amount of bugs THIS is priority number 1. You’re being more dramatic than a toddler who wasn’t allowed the ice cream they wanted. No wonder they don’t take us seriously any more.
Who said this should be priority number 1?
Something isn’t functioning as it did back in original cata and there are plenty of people who would like to see it fixed. It’s a matter of putting an item on a loot table, nothing too complicated. If you think there are more pressing matters you should make a thread about it and get that fixed too.

If you wanted your request noticed you’d have posted it into the bugs section. It’s well known and confirmed that this part of the forum isn’t looked at by Blizzard. You’re just an old man yelling at clouds posting it here, “bozo”.

Why does it matter to you that many people want to see a bug fixed? Just here making drama for nothing.

Still not fixed as of today!
I paid for 3 faction changes, to use them on to Alliance character to go Horde on them, when i log onto horde on those 2 characters i paid to get faction changed, i find out ‘‘Diabolical Plans’’ is bugged, so i wasted 2 faction changes on a bug. Please fix.
