i agree they could do with reducing the wait time by 5 - 10 mins
next time someone asks for the Rare Rares you know what to do
do these really classify as ‘rares’ though ??.. that arent really rare…
they are just named elites at best. (they should keep these but rebrand them)
rare mobs should take days to spawn.

The problem is not the 20 minutes alone but the fixed 20 minutes in combination with a fixed spawn rotation.
You can say about the Devs whatever you want but whoever thought this was a good idea is a complete idiot. And I happily take a ban for being honest

I get they did it bc catch up mechanics but man I’d rather they just have all the rares spawn and have a daily lockout considering it is a time limited event.

We have a whole day less than the americans, which already in and of itself is pretty unfair for a game we pay the same price for (:
I think their maintenance finished at around 1800 CEST so they’ve had half a day more than us.
Do you really feel there are things you can’t get done before Shadowlands?
well i was gonna gear all 12 of my characters in the ilvl 100 gear… but seeing how the event is i think i will only do 3 of them lol already did one of them today… started the second…
then i think i will just take a break until shadowlands tbh the event isn’t as good as i was expecting it to be unfortunately… and im only willing to waste 20 hours tops farming those rares lol…
To be fair this is quite subjective and everyone will feel different. Personally I went to horde side so I got plenty of releveling to do but otherwise nothing really interests me, not even mind which I loved chasing.
So I can only imagine there’s more people with even less ambition or similar ones as me. 
They had no delay in their maintenance, so no, they definetly had more than half a day more 
I’m pretty prepared for my SLands trip, however I am abit fed of time limited stuff with RNG elements not being equal to all regions.
And yes, that also means I would gladly have taken some downtime at a less oppurtune time.

They got their patch at 1800 CEST (so our evening)
We got to play at 0800 or 0900 CEST (our morning the next day)
That is not they have a whole day more than us. That is they got half a day more pre patch than we did. I really don’t think it has ‘robbed’ anyone of much in the grand scheme of things.

The only content that is somewhat enjoyable for me is people chatting while waiting for the rares. I am watching stuff on the second monitor while mindlessly waiting.
I don’t even want to talk about the extreme lag when the rare spawns. Anyone saying this experience is good is just delusional.

No they had approx 12 hours due to the time difference, Their servers came up at approx 18:00 CEST on the Tuesday, ours were up at approx 06:00 CEST on the Wednesday.

Yeah thats what Im saying. Doing a normal nyalotha and a few m+ gives more loot than all the bosses from this cycle together.
Only in it for the bag. But between work and real life I’m pretty sure today I will get 0 shots on it. Not to mention my first two tries were all scourgestones
