Look man, if you wanna go with a full set, just go with a full set.
I see what you were going for, but really that Helm throws the mood off the worst. I can sorta see the weapon working, but the blue glow in the hood throws the colour theme of green-purple-black and green out of the window. Imo just wear the headpiece that belongs to the whole set and maybe work with the weapon. It can work, but I'd give a shot for Crystalline Branch of the Brackenshore (Highmaul Normal) or one of the Artifact appearances of Titanstrike.
Overall I think it's a 7.5 transmog. I don't like using complete sets, but if you at least commit fully it's not going to look bad.

to me it feels like the mog would be way suitable for an Orc Warrior and I don't think it falls in line with what most Blood Elven gravitate towards.
Other than that I think it looks great. Sure it's 3 pieces from the same set but hey, same. Maybe the weapon is a bit "out there" with the sudden green, but I think I get what you were going for.

Tho the shoulders looks a bit impractical for a bow user, I really like how you add your variety to the warfront armor
