What is superonline?.Also try VPN to log in if it doesn’t work atm.Ah I just googled it superonline is a Turkish ISP 
silly me I didn’t know.
Players from Turkey that use the ISP Turkcell Superonline can not log in without using vpn. I have spoken to the ISP hopelessly, they have no clue. So this has gotta be fixed or lead to fix by blizzard unfortunately.

so if i use vpn i get ban. if i dont use i can play the game lol

Hey mate (s.a.), I am also using Superonline and I managed to fix the issue by flushing my dns settings. Go to command prompt (type “cmd” in windows search and open command prompt) type in:
ipconfig /flushdns (press enter)
ipconfig /release (press enter)
ipconfig /renew (press enter)
exit (press enter/ or simply close the window)
And turn off, wait 10 seconds and turn on your modem and router. (You gotta do it for both devices)

Immediately after the Distributed Denial of Service attacks against our game service began, the Blizzard Security Team worked around the clock with local and international law enforcement agencies to track down the source of the DDoS. It is our understanding that, within a few days, authorities were able to successfully identify and arrest a suspect.
