It is. Made an attempt at making the initial post more concise.
Store services are way over priced, especially when you go the PTR and realise you can do it for free and it takes like 10 seconds.
I really wanted to make one of my alts undead, thought to myself eh I’ll blow £10 why not… it’s £19, I spat my coffee out, and I’ve not had coffee for like 2 weeks, that’s how taken back by a £19 tag on a race change I was.
Faction change should be £20 and race/serve change should be £15 maximum.

I have quite often considered changing Faction, Race and Server. But I have alot of characters to move. And the cost to move all of them (or even just the ones that I play) would be astronomical.
I would happily pay £15-20 for a Server & Faction change per character. But the price it is at the moment, is just insane.
I really dislike how there aren’t any account bundles for the transfers or race changes. 25-30€ per character is ridiculous to say the least.
