As Blizzard is a large gaming company and WoW has always been their flagship, they do their best to appeal to every paying customer. As you might be aware, a few years ago they gave well made orc statues out to veteran players as a ‘thank you’ gift, that newer ‘casuals’ as you put it, did not receive. Now do I think that’s completely fair? No, but I have to respect the decision that they made.
At the end of the day when you have so many people paying so much money, you cannot just give preferential treatment in game mechanics to the niche players who still spend an enormous amount of time in Azeroth and nowhere else. At this moment is is my firm belief that Blizzard are working on great changes for BfA, taking all player input into account. At the moment, if you find the content lacking, it’s likely because they don’t want to overpower you with large amounts of their high quality game design at the same time.
Take it in smaller pieces! Wait for your bigger piece of the pie. In the meantime if you’re not satisfied with WoW, there are many other great Blizzard titles to choose from while you’re gaming. You have Overwatch, HoTS, Hearthstone, Diablo, etc.
I hate to break it to you but their only goal with WoW right now is maximum profit with minimum effort, they don’t care if their players are satisfied or not anymore

There’s a term in Latin for what you have described;

‘that concludes that a proposition must be true because many or most people believe it, often concisely encapsulated as: “If many believe so, it is so.”’
If a lot of people believe that the game is bad, that is open to interpretation and opinion. If they unsubscribe, it does not mean other people will not resubscribe. Games go through steady periods where they lose large numbers of subscribers and that’s partially because as human beings, we’re receptive to new stimuli and we like change. There could be a few thousand people playing and Blizzard would still cater to them all, because they’re a loving developer with a lot of heart for the consumer.

I understand wanting a civilized discussion, but you are being kind of obnoxious.
On the topic of DK pvp, I think as long as they have a useful toolkit(grabs, interupts, necrotic strike etc), they will continue to perform well in rated pvp.
Dk is not only performing poor in most aspects of the game, worse than that, its really boring.
See no way they will make it better soon, so reroll or quit? damn blizz and their class designers.

I enjoy playing DK. It has many problems and weak in PVP i guess. But for PVE is not that bad. Frost is stuck with BoS with no other viable options but unholy has many and DKs are not worst DPS, and warcraftlogs confirms that.
Blood was strongest tank by far and still are very good.
Unholy is by far more complicated to play than frost, but there are classes that are way easier to DPS than frost. It may have few buttons, but BoS is not always easy to pull off.
Stop being this toxic community and complain with childish comments. Construct your opinion with words worth reading and blizz may do it. This whining is not doing any good.
I’ve been playing a DK since wrath.
First tanking as frost, then as blood became the tank spec I changed to blood and have been a mainspec blood DK.
I will keep playing BDK till wow ends. I just love the almost immortal aspect of blood. Removing the class isn’t going to help, but balancing the other specs will.
