Yeah strange how it can be concidered unfair when one faction can queue as both factions because its the popular one. There is literally no point in playing alliance if you mostly do pvp when you got the options to do both on the horde. Just pick the side that is winning the most that evening or pick bgs wich that faction wins the most.
Mercenary mode would not be a problem the pvp population were almost as big as eachother and it would switch in between. but the same faction having the option to go as both factions to pick for about 4 years if not more just gives no push to people to actually play ally characters.
Also blizz saying crossplay cant happen due to faction pride. Guess its ok if its horde gets to enjoy it only
Merc mode is one of the worst things they ever introduced to this game. Instead of correcting faction imbalance they made choosing a faction pointless.
I protest Mercenary Mode by not participating at all to PvP. I don’t even play random PvP nowadays because of this.
Remove it. If Horde players chose easy mode for playing this game there must be a side effect of that decision, which is long que times. If they want to have short que times then Alliance will be here waiting for them. By removing it there will be some casuals swapping to Alliance side for random BG’s etc.
