Its really not, im just against the welfare handouts that destroyed the game in the first place. Catering to 30 minute a day players so they can play among us once they are done, no thanks.
I would be more worried about state of the game and servers in general. It has good chances to die before or during ulduar. No one will care about your 310 mounts if there no players left.
Well, then they should have kept the original requirements for the achivmenets but they did not. They made it a lot easier to get.
You can now die in Naxx on trash, originaly you could not.
You now dont have to do the raids with 8/20 players, you can do it with 10/25.
So we can just asume you are one of the people that did not get booted because of the change and that you prob went facedown on trash and then just laugh at you anyway.

Most people go where the new content is.
Dragonflight is gonna have content drought for 12 months, that is basically why they came with the 12 month sub deal, then ppl gonna act all pikachu face and some streamer is gonna milk that like its the first time.

The Undying is super easy as it is as they removed a big part of it already. So it is not a ābigā thing anymore. But tbh i dont care about the titles anyway.
Dont need to make it easier than it already is, they shouldnt have removed death on trash in the first place tbh.
You really think it will affect classic that much? Nobody in my classic guild is even talking about dragonflight. Only people from my retail friend group that quit hardcore raiding in retail a few years ago even acknowledge its existence, and they are mostly āmehā at it
Talent changes donāt look so great, nothing much outside of raiding going on. I have tried a couple classes in prepatch personally but couldnāt find a spec that felt good to play. Very little hype for dragonflight overall from what Iāve seen

I have both the black and plague proto drakes. And locking the achievments would be very stupid imo. They are the easiest and quickest ways to get 310% speed mounts. And since mounts are not account wide. You might want fast mounts on your alts as well. Also people who have not gotten them would stop doing achievment runs which would kill a part of the content. Which is beyond stupid. I really hope you are trolling.
I am really torn on this. I know the right thing to do is to remove the mounts. But there are so many valid arguments to keep them, all voiced already in this thread. Nobody would ever do Naxx 25 again for one (the 25 man loot gets moved to 10 man). No achievement runs ever again for alts. The other achievement mounts in Wrath were kept in game even back then. Itās one of the few ways to realistically get a 310 mount on an alt.
It also doesnāt help that I am missing both, unlike most of my guild, because of a stupid combination of benching, irl commitments and stupid careless deaths by careless people.
But still, deep down in my heart I know they should be removed like the Black bug, to retain at least some meaning. I got the Winterapring Frostsaber in Classic, and it really grinds my gears that now every Joe and his alt has it after 2 afternoons of grinding. It lost most of its meaking, I now feel almost zero sense of pride riding it. I can just assume it would be the same for the Naxx mount owners.
