We need a blue post it seems alot of people have the same issue like myself.
blizzard are just lazy and very bad customer service, no one from blizzard care to explain or even give a update on this situation, i hope they will give us game time we lose from this.
Exactly the same issue for both my wife and I with constant disconnects or streaming errors since the new patch release - the game is unplayable. So far iāve tried various things suggested here and on the long post on the US forum for the same issue, including:
- Disabling all addons
- Scan and repair
- Deleting cache
- Restart
- Driver update
- Flush DNS
- Changing the graphics settings from Directx12 to Directx11
Iāve held off on a full reinstall simply due to many reports of it being done and making zero difference.
A re-install fixed it for me
yes it is fixed after my 2nd re-install, but still there should of been a blue post of the update.
Nothing is going to fix this. Only one seems to work and that is to copy someone with a working games _retail folder. Good luck with that.
I can only say, make a ticket in hopes of getting some game time returned but I doubt it.
Whatās also good for us is that we canāt comment or give info in the proper bug report section since thatās still only for US players. Iāll link the megathread below in case anyone wants to read up on everything that doesnāt fix it for anyone. I mean, clean installs, removing add-ons, reset routers, new installation destinations, firewalls, sending in Tact.logs, etc etc.
They are doing their best Iām sure but man does it feel⦠bad⦠to not be able to do anything to fix it except wait.
Hoping the ones with reinstalls continue to have working versions and donāt fall into the same hole some of us are in where we get a 45 min game period before itās back to the usual disconnect after 5 minutes.
