Hey. “Blurry When Raiding” might be of interest to you - I mean, the blurriness does fit a mild alcohol addiction 
We don’t currently have an open raid spot for a tank, but if playing another spec for raids is an option for now then we would certainly welcome another tank for M+. We raid Thursday and Sunday (with a fully optional alt raid most Fridays after the first few weeks).
As far as M+ goes, we are actively trying to recruit more people that enjoy M+ as we want to increase general activity and make it easier for everyone to make a group around their “comfort level”. We currently have 6-8 people doing keys mainly 8-10 level (generally aiming to at least get 3k, and ending between 3-3,2k score most seasons), a couple are also pushing somewhat higher (already 10+, though pugging some of their runs) - and we have another group of people doing a variety of keys 2-7 now, but likely aiming for 7-10 later in season. This last lot is probably the one that could benefit the most from more people, especially experienced people that aren’t afraid to take the initiative and get an extra group going
