Hey mate! You got a lot of lovely suggestions here already, but I would like to throw our hat into the ring aswell. 
We are really focussing on on gathering alot of just social players - since in our eyes this is the heart of the guild. Fancy raiding and such is just the icing on top.
We are extremely hyped for housing and the planning is already ongoing.
