May of us are parents and/ or work shifts, and our event scheduling tries to work around this, with slightly later starts and earlier finishes (21:20 - 23:00 server time) - we also don’t require 100% attendance, obviously it’s more enjoyable for you and more consistent for the team if you can attend regularly, but we’d rather you enjoy joining in when you can, than stressing out over not being able to at other times. Our focus is on having fun in a friendly, supportive environment. We start each new season with the normal raid and progress into the HC raid, with the aim of getting Curve. If / when there is enough interest, we’re keen to dip our toes into early mythic bosses for some challenging fun, but this doesn’t always happen as not everyone is keen to try Mythic raids! We also have scheduled guild runs for M+ but most of our members run keys week-round as well.
