And who is going to make people? It’s strict majority rule. If 3 people want you gone, you’re gone and there is nothing you can do about that. It’s explicitly stated in the rules as well that you are allowed to kick for any reason.

Fursen is right, i dinged my warrior alt and in about 3-4 hours i was ilvl 350+ (only BOE i had was boots), went MS>OS 10ppl, looted couple of items to 354, went to guild HC raid next week and was like 365. So i takes no time to gear up
Depends. Gearing right now is quite easy, not gonna argue against that. But this statement is factually incorrect:

In the context of the thread it is relevant though. He says he wants to skip bosses because “heroic dungeon gear is totally worthless”. Which it isn’t in several cases. If you need to lie to make a point, your point is probably not that solid to begin with…
