Using also a Add-on, called ‘Right-click modifier’ which disables in-combat interactions with right-klick unless you perform a doubleklick.
After 11.1 it is not working as intended anymore.
The author of the addon said about this:
"I’m aware of a bug on Blizzard’s end (supposedly) causing “OnMouseUp” to unintentionally trigger “OnMouseDown”. Because of this, I edited the addon before the launch of 11.1to mitigate the the major issue of the cursor being permanently stuck on-screen.
However, a side effect is that, when you rapidly press RMB down → move your mouse → RMB up, you can bypass the function that prevents the right-klick from happening, causing things to be accidentally targeted (defeating a large purpose of the addon).
At the moment, I have no solution to this problem. In the meantime, I’m looking for ways to fix it. Sorry for the inconvenience - I haven’t had to deal with issues like this since I made the addon back in 2016."
Maybe that offers some insight.

No right click addon worked for me problem is it disables right click completely so you have to interact on left click which is ok but i have not figured how to skin mobs
I am using the weakaura mentioned here as well but i dont think it does something for me
I wish they d come up with better solution like the old bfa addon
