Yeah i noticed it too. Thought it was funny didnt feel the need to comment
I remember one situation where a quest item did not spawn on Ulduar timewalking. So I submitted a ticket and talk about “unsatisfactory” responses from what definitely sounded like bots, and if they weren’t, it was like talking to a brick wall. They wouldn’t send me the item because it wasn’t an acknowledged bug but they wouldn’t investigate it without more information (which would be lost as soon as the instance is gone). I just gave up because by this point the weekly quest had expired. Utterly exasperated. And they’ve been cutting more jobs.
Problem is, there is no pride in the service they provide any more, just what is the minimum viable product they can get away with for the highest price with the least investment. And it’s echoed through the whole of our crumbling society.
I was thinking on the saving of tinfoil.
It’s nothing new. WoW was growing, making so much money they could look after their customers . Now WoW had reached that peak, it’s now time to screw as much money from it as possible.
If your society is crumbling look at who you are electing (if you have that choice )
Well, the option is either
A. Stop paying and risking the game to be shut down by Corporate Greedys
OR
B. Keep paying, praying that Microsoft intervenes to some degree, risking a worsening of the situation as it goes on.
I got invited to real-time chat with a GM in “Battle of Azzeroth” expansion. After that its just system auto-answer machine.
This looks alot less to happen because it was microsoft who approved the recent lay offs that hit customer service delartment too
True. But Microsoft actually cares about their products to some extent. Unlike Blizzard in the last few years for the most part.
People will not agree on same subject, each group will see things differently. Thats why we have different political parties and none of them are right or wrong.
That does not mean they are someones lawyers, it is only your perception since they dont share your opinion.
