Why would Gallywix save absolutely anybody but himself? He was nearly executed at the start of the Goblin introduction back in Cata and only survived because of Thrall and the player character (the actual ruler of the cartel at that point as far as the goblins were concerned) agreeing. Gallywix never changed his behavior from Cata all the way to the ending of BFA when he left the Horde.
