The 30% maxes out in mid-February. I expect that they will allow a month of 30% buff and then the prepatch drops. So End of March/early April.
Timeline they posted shows cata prepatch in early summer and cats release in mid-late summer, so August most likely
Nah, it showed Cata prepatch and Cata itself being at end of spring and start of summer, respectively. So May/June maybe.
Mid-late summer was level 60 in SoD.
