How fun is in general the pvp system watching in arenas 210+ I level guys stop 180 I level ones?

So it’s no secret that Blizzard makes money out of time. By selling me game time for financial gain and essentially wasting my time or capping me makes me spend more money for your financial gain. So time = money. Now my favourite part of the game for the last 13 years ± has always been “Random PvP”. I play about 2 and a half hours each night. However a minimum of 2 hours is spent playing against premade PvP groups fighting my group of random players, we have no say over ilvl or tactics essentially. So we 40 players make a raid party depending on ilvl with a strategy I believe the"Random" element no longer exists. Therefore my time has been wasted and you have gained financially while I have suffered a loss financially. If I choose to leave the battleground I am penalised with a 15 minute debuff followed by a 15 queue to rejoin another battleground ( most likely Vs a premade group of Russians yet again).
My suggestion to combat this exploit has always been that the second a party turns into a raid group, that team should be qeued against another premade raid group in PvP (regardless of how long this might take as they are clearly exploiting to farm honor). But in 13 years nothing has been done.
I recommend now that all players past and present who have ever faced a premade group in PvP now have grounds due to financial loss to start a class action lawsuit against Blizzard for reimbursement for the time you have wasted sitting in a 40 minute epic battleground being farmed by a premade group in a falsely advertised “Random battleground”.
I’ll start a petition which I will post here for every single player past and present who believes they have suffered a loss of time/money due to this exploit since the start of world of Warcraft to sign. If Blizzard cannot prove beyond reasonable doubt that this has not happened they will lose and be forced to reimburse every single player involved.
Can you explain how it is intelligent to go premade? If you want to go premade there are rated bgs right there for you. How will abusing the system help? You will just ruin the experience for casuals and end up in a game where everyone is premade in a casual matchmaking?

the guy even streams epic bgs as a blody full premade and destroy people, with a super high wirnatio in epic bgs
funny thing is that, in all normal bgs he is below 50% winratio.
its sad that there is no punishment for this
and its sad that there are clueless people that barely even play that defend this
if you defend this kind of player its only for 2 reasons:
1 you are part of it
2 you have 0 clue.

conclusion, make a premade epic battleground / normal battleground queues to prevent ruining other horde / alliance experience with a specialisation queue spot just like LFR raids.
like this we will never see teams with 10 healers and an other with 0.

Honestly, you must be a very insecure person if you decide to be this toxic on an online forum. If you believe playing as a premade is an intelligent thing you must actually be stupid… Anyone who can read on how to do it is able to do it, but most people have the honor to not do it.
If you are too bad to win rated bgs or unable to win epic bgs without a premade. Maybe you shouldnt play pvp at all? Learn to lose instead of crying about it and finding ways to ruin the experience for others.
