What I wish, is just them to develop void elves to be fully in power of the void stuff to not succumb to it, and connect to the rest of high elven friends alliance has (villages in hinterlands, maybe there is still something left from dalaran crash from alliance side as well) and then alliance could have their high elves and they would build their own place on the south from ghostlands maybe.

as some said, its very likey that silvermoon will become neutral, whether some horde players like it or not, Belàmeth is still neutral, horde is still allowed to go up there, which disturbed allainz players (and i don’t trust blizzard to change the situation, ala out of sight out of mind).
And since Horde AND alliance will reurtn to quel`thalas, so tehy need a hub, you cant exclude one faction from the story.

I reckon, by the end of Midnight, Silvermoon will be a replica to Bel’ameth, whereby Alliance players can go there but they can’t really do anything. Alliance players will have a debuff whereby they are watched very closely as, almost akin to Alleria’s trip into Silvermoon, the Blood Knight Guardians will be watching the Alliance player very closely.
Like Hamuul Runetotem’s presence in Bel’ameth, you might get an Alliance High Elf Amabassador character like Ranger Captain Lightspark of the Silver Covenant.

I don’t think either factions really have safe bets on anything now, when you factor in the basic fact that recent lore within Suramar has Night Elves and Nightborne working closely together to reform the Moon Guard order and you have Nightborne Mages working with the Undead Highborne of Azsuna at the Nar’thalas Academy and both Night Elves and Nightborne are working to repair that ancient school.

Half of silvermoon is still destroyed. That part could be rebuild and used as the neutral hub that way the silvermoon we now have can stay horde.

And I would like to point out the belameth story is different from silvermoon.
That’s a completely new settlement that’s not taking a city from the alliance and present it to the horde as a gift.
I would also point out since you all count that gathering of huts a city (I don’t get why) the alliance already has one more city then the horde if you now take silvermoon and make it neutral the alliance gains a city and the horde just looses one faction specific city.
He used to defend Blizzards choices of not making the factions equal and that the alliance has every right to dominate the whole world. And yes Mag’har and Vulpera are homeless and they never adress those things because all is fine as long as the average alliance player can feel superior.

But those night elves in Suramar and Val’Sharah still respect and see Tyrande as the leader (now Shandris), but we can see that Night Elves hold some sort of authority in Suramar because the leader of the newly reformed Moon Guard is a Night Elf Mage.
