I don’t really see what the problem here is, you don’t actually need TL3 unless you are a seriously big member of the community, it’s not like you are missing out on a crown or anything.
The issue isn’t who has it, it’s how it was obtained. If you haven’t done the requirements you shouldn’t have it, is the argument being made.

Well the point is not on needing T3, but unfairness. I have lost mine - for no reason (no really, not even moderators know why) and I have not got it back even when all reqs been met, which means it is manually turned off, or it doesn’t work.
Simple as. if something does not work, it shouldn’t exist.

Not as far as I’m aware, but it honestly should be. No reason to have separate trust levels for alts of the same account.
It is mostly sh i tty when you quote someone and then get the message “you are not allowed to post links”, or something like that. It is a ducking QUOTE!

The only ‘freebie’ TL3 is given to those who get promoted to MVP or higher; the rest HAVE to earn it.

I guess it’s a good thing I have no care in the world for using gifs to express what I think or the odd embedded video feature. Is that last one even part of the trust system?
I think the requirements for TL3 are insane.
And I also think losing it so easily is also insane.
Imo a trust level should only be removed when a violation using the TL3 abilities given is made and under forum moderator approvement.
It’s not fair that you can’t even take a small break from the forums without losing it, nor is it fair that if some people don’t like you or your ideology then you are forever shut down from reaching TL3.
Oh I made one edgy joke that might’ve made someone angry, welp there goes your ability to make interesting posts, a 1 day ban and you can no longer reach this.
I suggest making it such that reaching TL2 is abit harder, and TL2 gives you TL3 powers but forum violations can take away those from you and if need be eventually stripped permanently from you.
I say this as someone who got TL3 and kept it for a long time, only to find out I randomly got demoted to TL2 for no apparent reason.
And then sometime later I got banned over making a joke in a joke topic… that didn’t even contain any curse words in it.

You are right, I was just checking some on the list, it’s just looks so odd. Maybe they are actually in the process of changing the system but have yet to tell the forum users?
