Yep, tested it yesterday with deep Affli and felt horrible. The spec is too bloated to deal with that timing minmaxing on top of too many keys to press and punishing ST raid mechanics to deal with. All of that to reach half of the dps of a proper dps.
I insta respeced back to destro after the raid.
I would love a dev blog that goes over all of these crappy runes and tries to prove why they are still viable runes to use in contrast to the other ones.

Ideas how to fix invocation:
Striking your target with incinerate triggers an extra dot tick of an active immolate.
Striking your target with shadow bolt triggers an extra dot tick of an active unstable affliction and corruption. (Must be more here because shadow bolt is a longer intervall)
How to fix everlasting affliction: (make it like the original everlasting affliction)
Corruption is now permanent (60sec on pvp targets) and deals 10% increased damage.
Or make it also permanent on pvp targets but with “ends 18 seconds after you die” or something like that.
Dev team should honestly feel ashamed about the mess they have made.
Professionals still have accidents/ mistakes / bad decisions happen, just admit to them rather than doubling down on them.
Who ever is leading the team and making decisions need’s re positioned within the organization somewhere more fitting to their talents
