The issue is still ongoing in Remix and Retail. I go desynced from the game in remix when handing in a quest, then in retail I got desynced when completing a world quest, then on a third character I got desynced when trying to enter a delve! The game is unplayable at the moment!
Edit: It seems to be any kind of interaction may, or may not desync you from the server. I just tried to complete a crafting order for my alt, now I’ll have to wait 5+ minutes before being able to log my Blacksmith toon in again!

Retail. Tried to complete a public crafting order and the character got stuck. I already did crafting orders with other alts without problems but not public ones, if it makes any difference.
Edit: Also got “this bank is unavailable” message to the warband bank.
Seems to be working now, I leveled my little paladin to 13 without issues, addons enabled.
It seems to be working for now, but it is early morning.
I hope that it has been fixed, I really do, but Blizzard… Come on… You’ve done this for 20 years and it keeps happening. I would really like to believe that this is tested before launch and the servers stress tested, I really do, but it just doesn’t seem to be the case. I hope someone corrects me, I hope someone tells me that you do test it over and over before releasing, but the result of these launches just doesn’t seem to show that, that is the case.
I’ve played since Vanilla (yes I’m that guy and I just brought it up. Man I’m old…) and I have noticed that it gets worse and worse. I don’t like putting my opinion out there, I fear I get bashed for having my facts wrong or something, but I’m starting to draw the line here.
I want you to know that I’m not complaining because I’m angry at you, nor would I ever call you incompetent, because I really don’t think you are. I’m complaining because I love the game and have some of my best memories from it, and I get sad to see this.
I’m just disappointed…

Good Morning.
Still having issues today - i left it yesterday and my guild cancelled our raid due to all the issues.
This morning I am on my Remix character trying to do the “Cleansing of the mother tree” even though I did it yesterday? I’m on Stage 5 and it won’t let me give the G’Hanir to Lyessa. I tried to use the unstuck service but it woulkd not let me go past “Select This Character”.
I have to log out via Alt+F4 as it won’t let me do it organically. Not sure what to do - any help appreciated
Update: I used my Hearthstone and been able to leave to go hand in the quest I’ve already done 
Baffling that I was ported where I was again but happy to be playing

Our developers deployed a fix and performed a maintenance during the night, which should have fixed the problems encountered yesterday.
If you still have a stuck character, please use the self service.
If you’re having connection issues after today’s maintenance, you can follow our troubleshooting guide here.
Feel free to respond here if the server issues reappear, otherwise we’ll most likely close the topic later today to avoid confusion with future incidents.

Anyone know if this was affecting character services as well (race changes etc), as that is also still showing issues?
Today me first time change Heroic World. It’s very laggy and unplayble…
Skills take delayed. I chated random players in game. They said Suramar zone one laggy in Heroic World.
Normal world are fine.

I second this.
Normal World is super fine now, but Heroic World Tier is a unplayable mess.
Worst Zone of all is Suramar, even if the Worldboss isn’t engaged the Zonelag is at 3-4 Sec
