Just to mention this here aswell again Blizzard servers going down June 2nd-3rd

The gms cant help on this issue. They just dont have the rights for it. The dev team can however help. But they dont read tickets. We had a gm answering our ticket, that we should make forum posts as the devs notice whats happening there every now and then.

I do think they will recover, normally when you die in hardcore you get an email, a picture of ur character and some writing (dont remember what) but this time i didnt get email from blizz so i think they will do something. just hoping to get some answers soon.
