Same for me on Draenor. Completely unplayable due to massive lag.
Makes you wonder if/what they “fixed” during the unscheduled maintenance this morning (EU time), seeing how we are having the same issues now as last night.

that statement of alpha is so 1980s. been used for ages, try to come up with something new.
Unplayable on Draenor. Taking 5 min to kill a mob, loot, or even talk to a npc, what a shame
Same, draenor super laggy. Can’t play at all.
No issues on Bloodhoof as yet
playing on draenor is basically telling blizzard to ignore you. constant problems every single time.
played fine for a good few hours today, and then out of nowhere it took me 20 minutes to move 20 feet. Then i got snap shotted back and i gave up. draenor is unplayable once again
Same thing in Tarren Mill and keep getting logged out
Tarren Mill/Dentarg was fine from morning till later today, but turned completely unplayable in the evening. Several from our guild just called it a night and went to bed early.
Tarren Mill is totally broken atm. Most of the guild are fine but myself and a couple of others, can barely play. The lag is insane, whether that be looting, attacking or picking up/turning in quests and that’s not to mention the constant dc’s.
Will try again later this evening I guess. Kinda worried about the weekend at this rate if it continues to mirror the OW2 launch in terms of rubbish.

I wish blizzard would come up with something new instead of laggy launches. That would be awesome, wouldn’t it?

Iam on tarren mill, havent loot a single item last 40 min, delay for 1 min, resulting in death. complete quest hand in got 20 sec delay… every time same situation. its embarrasing…
most odd thing is that i havent seen anyone els these 40 min.
Draenor EU same thing… 3 min to loot items, pick a quest or sell an item, but fight is ok(if you dont loot mobs) and buy back items is ok. Weird, instant buy back, but sell takes 3 minutes
Updated my addons once again. Worked like a charm for some reason 
maybe not related, I started game repair via launcher (it says nothing to repair), but after I logged the game, I dont have any lags

Draenor extremely laggy the only thing that is fast funny enough is mounting up
also the fast is the dcs from the server on tarren XD logging in. craft one item. get dced after waiting 30 sec to see if the item got crafted
It’s the sudden FPS lag I’m struggling to deal with. It’s been early unplayable for me since launch day; especially when dragon riding, my FPS takes a nosedive…
