Yeah so this was the issue for me as to why it’s not showing. Absolutely beyond me why they consider “app language” same as “region” .

Ok mine was indeed US for some reason. But now it says 01:00 - 02:00 CEST… still wrong lol 
Because we are in EU not US, so we get announcements for the language you set the app for, I dont know if there is any other way to select your nationality on it but it makes sense if its baked on the language setting 
I mean it makes no sense because it is “language”. US and UK english is separated in a lot of apps and such but it doesn’t dictate anything more than just that, the language used.
U would think the app knows my region based on my IP and the fact I am paying in Euros and Battlenet accounts having it set probably. Or the fact that I am connected to the European server on the app.
The selected license should dictate the region to the launcher for news/notifications, not its language setting. And it also already partially does because the server down message isnt displayed on my US license while having UK English selected but it does show on my EU licenses.
The B-Net launcher is the only thing I have selected that uses British English as a setting while everything else is typically set on US english and thats solely because of the server down notification issue.
Thats how its coded on the app, it selects announcements based on what nationality is selected for language. It took me like under 10 seconds to change it so its whatever really. Anyways, glad if ppl found it. I also figured it similarily one time someone posted it on forum

Lol there is alot of those, this does not even come as blip in the radar on my prios of things. Is whatever. There is so many of those currently I have to conserve my energy on what I start making noice about or I wear myself out under a week
