It has to be an actual six or twelve month subscription to qualify. Game time does not count.

For some reason they don’t all appear at once, mine was there for a change, sometimes it makes me wait

Players on existing 6-Month or 12-Month recurring subscription plans with a future renewal date will receive the Herald of Sa’bak mount and the Sa’bak’s Favored pet at no additional charge, no later than July 31, 2025 (must be redeemed by July 31, 2026) through Battle.net.

But they want you to commit and then forget you had a sub going and then get billed again 6/12 months later. That’s the tactic.

Give it a few days. They’re rolling them out in phases. Some get it early, some don’t.

What is not nice though, if you want the mount for MoP Classic, you have to pay.
Another mount sold twice, disgusting.

And we’re still missing a whole heap of store/promotional stuff that should have been in game by now. I see the CE pet from Cata has finally shown up with MoP Classic though.

I fear they are itching to resell us stuff we’ve already paid for…
