You think the nerf is your ally? You merely adopted the nerf. Shamans were born in it, molded by it. They didn’t see a buff until the game’s 20th anniversary, by then it was nothing to us but pre-nerf!

So let’s see, I know, I as a melee (warrior, rogue, whatever), jump into a fight while my team is “holding my back” I cc a priest or a mage, then shammy (or any other caster) starts casting something (that is 0-0.0001 sec cast time) that will hit for almost 2k damage (because well, everyone has some armor, but none has spell resist). OH NO I CANNOT CC HIM.
Do you even play battlegrounds or you just the type of guy that AFKs at the graveyard

there is a 5% procc chance for an instant lava burst if fire shock is ticking. 5% is, i believe, a fair chance for an insta cast. otherwise it is still the old 2 sec full cast.
u guys all focusing pretty hard on the 1 in 20 chance of an instant cast. which the shaman usualy is in 20min range.
