Shortly after joining a BG my Wife and i got booted out and landed in Front of the Black Temple

Cant queue rated bgs on my alt

I can join rated bgs solo queue on my druid main but when i go to my evoker alt, i cant join no rated pvp at all, what should i do? Help plz, i have a post open asking for help i need to understand what is happening
