It seems to be that female goblin shoulder placement is off-charts. I´ve compared them to goblin males and vulperas (both male and female) and they don´t have this issue to this degree.

They currently have the “shoulder anchor point” way too off to the side that creates ridiculous floating effect. First I thought when making similar thread to transmogrification that little bit of floating was intentional as that can happen, but I´d claim at least 75% of plate shoulders float way too far apart from the shoulder area and this can be seen in the image collection up above. I really hope this can get fixed as some shoulders from leather category don´t have floating effect.
