Would be amazing if a ‘blue’ could make an appearance, and at least acknowledge the problem instead of just leaving us.
Totally unplayable. I’ve been on Silvermoon for 10 years and I have never experienced issues such as this one. Please fix it or give us free character transfers!
Third day in a row where I had to play 5 minutes of “retrieving character list”. Not the game I paid for, Blizzard!!!

Canceled my sub, frustrates me that it hasn’t even been acknowledged by Blizzard.
“Retrieving character list” has been going on for about 5-10 minutes now, been real slow these past few days… Either fix your servers or supply us with free transfers, this is ridiculous
