been asking for it for months. 46 alts put through it and I just cant face doing all 50. I cant.
It’s just free visions as far as I’m concerned. No point skipping quests to do 2 assaults to then run out with a rank 1 cloak and… do 2 assaults 
I… I don’t think your problem is entirely the length of the quest chain 
well, the first option I offered was you get a 445 for doing the entire chain and nothing if you just skip the entire thing. Biggest issue was going to pandaland and back and here and back and there and back and over there to get to there and then back to the first guy to go to pandaland to go back to magni to go to pandaland to go to magni and then there and back again.
I thought my 445 for doing it, nothing but completion for not doing it was the optimal solution but nooooooooooo

You can skip the first, second, and third scenario.
Only one you can’t skip is the fourth one Part 1 and 2, and the Wrathion one.
the scenarios aren’t the problem, its the savage amount of flights and going to pandaland and back and forth and back and blah blah. Takes about an hour and you’ve about 2 minutes of fighting. Its incredibly irritating and doesn’t need to be there at all.

You don’t need cloak on all alts.
I would rather a better resistance catch up,cause this is ridiculous if you ask me.Month and two weeks to get to 80 resistance.And on top of that the socket grind yikes…
To be fair, usually they do addl skips for this content. Its mostly the wraithion dungeon i want to be able to skip. Having to fly all the way over there then do a long and arduous scenario suuuuuuuuuuucks.
Could easily skip to the assalts l, then the lvl 1 cloak and fake vision.

I have The Cloak on 11 characters. Eleven! ?
I honestly don’t know how or when I did that. Or much of why, considering I mildly disliked the chain the first time I saw it, really dislike it by now, and totally HATE what they did to the Vale and Uldum.
I think of myself as having it on 4, since I only ever log in on 5 characters now, and one of those is my banker.
Having new-dinged alts get WQ rewards with corruption they can’t really use might have been a motivator. That was a mean-spirited move by the devs.

I agree that the cloak quest and subsequent levelling takes more time than it should and reliving it with alts is soul-destroying. I recognise that Blizzard have introduced some catch-up mechanics but being able to skip the quests (similar to the BFA intro quests) would be a nice quality-of-life addition.

im just happy if we can see the rares without that stupid cloak quest(farming mounts)
Especially when they got good corruptions, pre-vendor. My fresh 120 troll warrior got rank 3 twilight devastation boots from the first world quest he did. I also ended up getting high ranks of infinite stars, and gushing wounds on characters that I have no intention of playing.
As for skipping the quest line… I’m happy to do the invasions but being able to skip Blackwing Descent would be great.

I found solution.
Put option to skip whole chain quest, and those who doesnt want let em play all over again for eternity just so they can enjoy doing same thing even on their 10th alt… simple as that. 
While you can already skip a lot, geting cloak isnt that big of a problem, but now, when u can buy and aim at your coruptions, level of cloak is bigg issue. Especialy the “core catch up mechanic” where u get one more core for 3 CR. Ita not enough realy, its so weak catch up system, why cant we simply spam visions/nzoth till we hit curent cap and then just get one core per week?

Why would you want to skip the whole thing and miss out on like 3-4 gear piece upgrades?
