Yeah Sylvanas really isn’t on a level where she should be able to fight the Lich King. And I fear it will happen.

That was a tweet by Dave Kosak, and only his opinion as opposed to an official stance by Blizzard. Truth be told I think Blizzard will make the Lich King as powerful as they want. Personally I think a lot of people sleep on how powerful Arthas as Lich King was.

Because he never showed any impressive firepower. He’s just a dude with a sword. And he’s not particularly fast, either. Fluke or not, Tirion ( who had no impressive showings after ) punked him and he went powerless without his sword.
Look at Deathwing, who caused the Shattering and was about to end the world at the end of Cata. How could the dude with a sword match up with that? We needed all aspects + time traveling 10,000 years into the past + Thrall just to make him killable.
They should’ve given Arthas some serious firepower, make him Death Grip a gunship out of the sky or something.
