People who complain still do care enough about the game to bother with giving feedback. That is a good thing.
It’s when dissatisfied customers stop complaining, resign and give up hope for real change that it’ll hurt the game.

No, complain means you only give negative feedback, which is the only feedback this community is actually giving.
There are threads created only for the bad things. I mean, even last seasons, there were full threads of people who went beyond complaining, straight into crying because there was a boss too hard for them, while others done the same thing week 1. Didn’t really see any player actually saying 'Well, maybe it’s my fault that the specific boss is that hard". Meanwhile the other 7 dungeons were not even mentioned in the feedback.
Real feedback comes with pro and cons, not only take all the cons, put them as complains.
Apply your words to yourself first.
And stop being a Blizzard bootlicker for free.
Negative feedback is as valuable as positive feedback. It tells you what your customers enjoy and what they don’t enjoy. No matter where you look, improvement and positive change is almost always the result of negative feedback. Without negative feedback, individuals as well as companies get complacent, which limits or prevents growth.
I don’t agree that all that people offer here is negative feedback. I do my fair share of criticizing, but I also comment on things that I enjoy or that I feel are well-done. Sometimes these are the very things others complain about. The game has a diverse audience, which is why I disagree with delaying challenging group content as it alienates a part of the player base who are here because they enjoy doing meaningful group content with others.
If (when) I stop playing the game, I’ll go quietly because at that point I’ll have stopped caring. As long as I care I also pay.
we can always complain on twiter, atleast there they have to respond
I have ~2k keys done last expansion, considering season 1 I only played 5 weeks and season 4, around 7 weeks. So I literally live inside m+ while I play.
I’ve noticed some players complaining about the lack of content (and somehow as life happens) they were in some of the dungeons I was. They left after the first boss because their item didn’t drop. So it’s not like there wasn’t content, they went in a hurry, being fully aware that they have 2 weeks, and because they don’t do anything else, guess what? After the items dropped, they were left with nothing else to do. So what they say it’s efficient, it’s actually the reason they are now complaining.
Also the timeline was available way before the EA. I mean, people knew they could start from next week and still be over with it, if they only cared about being fully geared, and it would’ve been a lot better for the players that even when hunting for items, had the decency to stay until the end of the dungeon, with or without loot, just because we signed for a group content, so we stay until the content is done.
Pretty much said already by others and they gave the best answer of it that reading is optional. Its a forum and we all have the same power of choosing what we want to read, no one has the power of telling others however what they should only write for them to read, Im afraid forum doesnt work that way. Forums work so that people write of their interests and choose what they read form their interests.
Also and possibly more importantly: Without the negative feedback, you often won´t ever hear the positive feedback.
Because happy players just play, and play, and unline unhappy ones rarely start threads on forums or fill out feedback forms, because they´re happy.
But they WILL often provide a counterpoint to negative feedback when they feel that that feedback is overblown and /or unjustified. WHich is when teh negative side calls them shills or bootlickers and by doing so semi-invalidates their own feedback as emotionally driven hyperbole and /or trolling
When the forums have 1-2 posts a week and they´re from Kaivax or Linxy, there are 2 Options: The game is truly dead and nobody cares anymore, or everyone playing is content with what they have.
