Im a puritian on pizza!
Basic pizza is the awnser to all problems!
No. Me and seafood on pizza will never be able to coexist.
It’s the devils creation.
Bolognese pizza has become my go-to thing. It was always pepperoni but in recent years it’s either Bolognese with peppers, red onions and mushrooms OR American Hot / Hot and Spicy pizza.
These simple pizzas do look particularly appealing though. I’m getting hungry now man!
Sounds like delicious a combo! Gotta try that one out, the next time pizza is in my menu.
It was life-changing when my friend introduced me to Bolognese pizzas many years ago.
Could not recommend it enough, and it is even better with those extra toppings ![]()
Fried liver and onions are a nice addition to a simple pizza too… ![]()
carrots and cucumber with some garlic dip…
And some Pizza ofc ![]()
Ps: you heathens should try some mango curry pizza.
No way… Liver?
No chance. That’s Dahmer food and it shouldn’t be near pizza! Lol.
I usually go for kebab, salad, creme fraiche dressing, chili and garlic.
Really simple to make at home.
But i need to try that combo, i rarely get a bolognese pizza
*sigh *
You know bone marrow (iconic dish is mainly made of bone marrow and brain matter but could include kidney marrow and spinal marrow as well – we Hungarians know no boundaries in the culinary arts) on a toast (with salt and pepper) is another nice and tasty dish of ours and it is simply AMAZING on pizza!
EDIT:
Its great in burgers too
Not going to lie, that is amazing. I don’t think I’ve had the creme fraiche with my kebab before but it looks nice. Looks a little like salad cream.
I heard one of the worst pizzerias in Europe are in Hungary, some traveler youtuber have made a video on it.
Based on your combos. I’m willing to believe it ![]()
But bone marrow are amazing yes, we can agree on that ![]()
My manager is from Hungary and I had no idea that he was eating bone marrow and brain and stuff on the regular ![]()
Oh it’s definitely not salad cream, i use that for fries ![]()
It’s thinner and have a mild sour taste. Really goes well with salad in general
Nice! We have something in common!
Out of curiosity… just to see what do you think… you know we have some very tasty dises, made from… let say, not traditional meat
Pacal is a traditional dish in Hungary mainly prepared in cauldron on open fire, it is tripe stew. There are two kinds of people: those who love it and those who hate it. There is no in-between!
Lung stew is a dish made with the heart and lungs of a pig.
While on the subject of stew, rooster tes-ticle stew is worth a mention. Many swear by it while most wrinkle their noses at this characteristically Hungarian dish.
Oh, and pig feet stew! Who eats pig feet? Many people ask that question while others cannot wait for a big bowl of hot pig feet stew to be served now and again.
The hit of pig slaughterings, the onion blood cake is very tasty dish of ours. The fresh blood of a pig fried with onions resembles the taste and texture of liver, but many are horrified at the sound of it. Of course, those who do not like liver either are exponentially disgusted.
While we are at the blood subject, “véres hurka” - Sanguine Sausage" or black pudding is something you have to try while you are at it! The liver sausage is one of its variant, it made with/from… well liver. Quite nice and delicious!
And of course Kocsonya! Whitch is aspic actually. In fact, dishes containing aspic animal fragments are made in several European countries, so it is not an exclusively Hungarian dish. However, we feel like it’s ours so much, we even dedicated a festival to it!

I’m not into those things, but I can respect that these are obviously enjoyed in Hungary!
I love meat but I think I’m too much of a fairy to eat things that I’m not used to.
We have black pudding here in England but I really can’t go near it. I have friends that love it though.
I need to try that sometime when I next have salad. I wonder if I’ve had it before but maybe it has a different name… or is that the only name for it?
Pigs feet are actually great!
And one of my favorite stews are Gulyás!
I actually haven’t really tried any Hungarian cousines beyond that, i’ll definitely look out for some when i visit again!
Protein Bars, Red Bull and Adrenaline Shots, we aint sleepin until we 70 lads
Honestly I don’t know if I’ll be playing on release day/evening even. It depends on if I’ve gotten the game yet, as I ordered the collector’s edition and I’m not convinced it will get here in time. If I do though, probably cola and maybe some Pringles™ since those are easy enough to eat without getting greasy fingers.
