Store cosmetics vs in-game cosmetics

Lsxer i know you like to troll people and surely a man as rich and as weathy as you could afford every item on the shop easily but the fact remains is you dont need them all and its a choice to buy with money or wait with tender or use gold.

Carry on with you being bored and trolling i will not feed you anymore and mute you.

Me being able to afford them doesn’t make blizzard any less greedy though? :sob:

I don’t care for mounts in the slightest either way, but it’s literally just greed on blizzards side.

Oki doki

You also get lots of them at no extra cost if you buy the 6 month sub, which is cheaper than buying a month at a time.

I bought the year sub in November and I’ve received 4 mounts since then.

Who cares?
The average consumer has no taste, morals or self-respect.
I say let Blizzard do it.
They’ve gotten away with much worse things.
The casual tumor is too ingrained, like a fat tick that will never be removed.

Good news! (well, maybe)

There are already mounts in game that flies and swims fast. The Otterworldly Ottuk Carrier from the 500 mounts collected achievement. The Auralid mounts from Shadowlands also flies and swims

Oh what o.o Didn’t know lol.

Anyway
It’s not that big of a deal in the end, but it is actually irritating how I can invest so many hours maxing out a renown, and then the mounts look like crap compared to some store mount sadly. I’m kind of fine with F2P games doing this, but when I pay for a sub and a game, stuff like this should be in the game. If they put previous store mounts or 6month sub mounts on the trading post, then I think it’d be fine, even if they sell trader’s tender packages (, which I haven’t and won’t buy)

The only store-mounts that will appear in the Trading Post are the ones that were removed from the Shop.
The ones we haven’t seen yet are:
Armored Bloodwing
Grinning Reaver
Swift Windsteed

As well as the recruit-a-friend and promotional mounts.

I don’t think that’s true anymore though.
It used to be; sure. But not anymore.

I work with 3D software and aside of slightly higher texture resolution, there isn’t much difference to ingame earn-able mounts. It just depends on the specific era (since you can’t compare visually a mount from BfA to one from TBC for instance)

Indeed. My Dreaming Dragon thingy from the story I got during BfA was just a mount with the model of a dragon from the “Da other Side” dungeon from Shadowlands.
