Use portarlname addon?
Just resubbed this morning after a month off, managed some time but mainly loading screens or character name already exists. Will see if it’s sorted later.

I queued for vision infinite loading screen i did a re-log and i lost my daily run… 
I am on the quest Descending into madness, and ofc I got “instance not found” when entering the Vale portal to the vision, so now I am flagged and cannot continue the quest chain.
Sigh
Same just happend to me and my dh friend 
We get stuck so many times today and yesterday on loading screens and have to alt F4 out.
1 Character on Stormwind loading screen and another on pandaria loading screen.
We are entering the final beta phase mate, ofc there will be such issues.

If everyone can’t enter - sure, everyone will be equally behind but some people did it today and some are screwed - somehow I doubt blizz will do anything about this !
It really feels like paying to test a beta ffs, this small indie company needs to hire some competent QA !

Same issue here, and they really should fix this.
How about blizz fixing it so we can actually do this quest? Whiteknight.
QA is noticeably bad since this increased content speed since Legion.
It was never 100% bug free but there’s more significant bugs that there used to be.
FF14 has no PTR server and there’s next to no bugs each release.
Japanese QA second to none.

It’s not our job to “deal with it” it’s theirs. The QA is not doing their jobs properly.
OT - I just had the same thing happen to me, opened a ticket and fingers crossed.
