Would you mind giving a damn about your paying customers’ experience with your service, Blizz? I have to tab out of the game and do something else while it retrieves character list for 5+ minutes. This isn’t the first time Silvermoon has broken down and somehow I doubt it’ll be the last. Do something.
If blizz give free transfer only Silvermoon realm.
We could move at low realms. Also my alts needed out

This is ridiculous, I have all my characters I want to play on Silvermoon, and the lag is so frustrating.

The lag is back for me as well, but this seems to be unrelated to the lag last week. As now it’s only affecting the undermine zone, most likely due to World Boss being there.

I’m having the same issue when opening the game in the last couple of days. I have hoped that it will be fixed after the weekly reset, but the problem remains

I’ve been stuck for 15minutes.
When i got in i wanted to swap to another character and i’ve been here reading the forums for another 20 minutes… at this rate i’m gonna start whining on the forums

My game gets stuck retrieving character list. UI freezes so cannot switch realms. Cannot play at ALL.

Game launches and then perpetually keeps loading at “retrieving character list”. Last character logged was on Silvermoon.
Tried cache folder, wtf folder, pc restart, modem restart fixes nothing works.

Same. UI freezes during ‘retrieving character list’ so cannot even switch realms to play, game softlocks itself upon logging in. Cannot play at all. Paid gametime ticking away.

I am stuck in this loading screen too. Playing on Silvermoon. Been very laggy for a week.

Same, the game has been lagging like hell for the last few days, but now it doesn’t log in at all. What the subscription was paid for…
Same problem here. Tried deleting Cache, repairing game files, and restart. Nothing helped.

This is crazy, I’m on Silvermoon ping is 100 some times even worse, lagg is soo bad cant even accept quest. was right now stuck on retrieving char list for 20 minutes. also there is problem with Shift or ALT when you keybound with something it does not Save. you can even feel lagg, me as Warr i use Heroic Leap after like 3 sec then he jumps, it is so slow and i’m using keybounds and it should be even faster then if i use with mouse or clicking

same problem, tried everything, the only thing that worked is unstuck character service ,it fixed the problem for a minute and than i got stuck again and unstuck no longer works as well
