What are you plans to allow for soloing of BFA/SL raids when WW drops?

Are we able to get more characters slots per realm/account? (for the people who are going to sit and say “why do you need more”, because I want them :slight_smile: )

Can we expect death knights to get a pet rework akin to warlocks, they’ve been Stuck with the same pet since Wotlk only being able to be altered by glyphs, the most recent of which was released 10 years ago? Maybe give control undead more usage.

Can we get an update on the brawlers guild? Is it completely gone now or is there something in the works?

Would you consider giving Demon hunters a ranged spec?
It could be based on pre Legion Demonology as that was reworked due to having abilities that was moved to DH. As there is still no spec that has anything close to old demonology resource management.
It could also use ranged weapons to make them useful to someone else than just Marksman and Beast Master hunters.

Will there be more support classes in the next expantion to balance out the chasm created by augmentation in higher end content? Or will you do the mistake of nerfing them to no longer being playable?

Are you happy with the current position of Augmentation in m+? And is it on your radar to make a change to their power before The War Within?

Please do make a general decision before reading further, as i give my take of Augmentation evoker.
Im not a casual player, but not a tryhard pushing the highest rank either. I enjoy pushing m+ and doing mythic raiding.
In 10.0 i just barely didnt get Thundering Hero achievement for m+
and i was doing mythic Raszageth prog just before 10.1 came out.
In 10.1.5 i quit m+ due to the godcomp and exclusivity of that comp for m+.
BUT i got Cutting Edge in August.

Now that you know my recent “credentials”, here is my take:

Augmentation makes you feel like you are playing a patch ahead, in terms of power.

Generally stuff like Augmentation evoker, Power Infusion, Holy paladin buffs, and to a smaller degree raid buffs have really taken over M+.

In 10.2 Power infusion is getting slightly tuned. It seems that the nerf is to stop external scaling of Unholy death knight and Demonology warlock in raid, and try to make amends in m+ with priest. This is proven further by mass dispel and mind soothe nerfs.
(shadow priest has been really good for 10.0 and 10.1)

augmentation is getting a 2% nerf on ebon might, and a hard cap to how many augmentations can stack their buffs on a player.
This doesnt change anything for m+, and it will still be a tyrant in m+.
Personally i dont think that is a healthy position of specilization.
There is a general meme that the “actual” composition of an m+ group is: one tank, one healer, one augmentation, and two dps.

Personally, i believe that you can actually place the power of Ebon Might back to 10%, if you remove its ability to affect tanks and healers.

Maximum, Dratnos, and Dorki has a podcast where they discuss different topics regarding World of Warcraft. In their most recent episode, they had a guest apperance of Naowh. They had a segment regarding Naowh’s take about Augmentation. He tells that he wont push high keys anymore without an Augmentation evoker, as he believes that many of the big pulls you do in high keys and tournaments like TGP are impossible without it. He also recalls Zaelia yelling stuff like “I cannot do anything” if the augmentation evoker dies.

Personally i quit m+ in 10.1.5 because of the godcomp and the insane tyranny of Augmentation evoker. It seems that the tyranny of augmentation evoker will continue in 10.2

A lot of people are asking for more support specs, to add competition to Augmentation. Personally, i think Augmentation should have the unique position of support, but it should not have the insane power of overloading tanks and healers to do insane pulls, survive easily, heal easily and do very good damage at the same time. It would seem like the design philosophy of Augmentation was to buff the damage of DPS players exclusively, Buff the armor of someone slightly, be able to save people, and give out general tankiness. Instead they made tanks unable to play without one, cause the insane main stat boost makes them be able to play a patch ahead of the game.

Now that we have talked about the general power boost of Augmentation evoker, the difference of talent decision making compared to all other dps classes should also be talked about.
As augmentation don’t do that much damage on their own, it just means that they need to take general talents that buff others, and can fully focus on utility. A lot of other dps specs have utility, defensives and mobility that they can’t take because of how much damage they would lose.

Before the rework of Demon hunter, it would be Netherwalk or sigil of chains. For enhancement shaman it’s Feral lunge or refreshing waters.
The list contuines.

Its easy to get stuff like Timelessness to help with aggro issues of some specs, or Weyrnstone for insane pulls - like we saw in TGP. Also they can make caster be able to move while casting and doubling their range

alongside, its also just the most tanky Mail gear specilization by a mile.
All evokers have access to 2 charges of Obsidian scales, Renewing Blaze, Zephyr, Rescue with Twin guardian. Augmentation also have a cheat death. Breath of Eons give a shield when people do damage to affected targets.

lets look at my main again - Enhancement shaman:
Astral shift - One charge :slight_smile:
Earth elemental - 5 minute cooldown and tanks hate you when you use it.
Stoneskin totem - AoE 10% physical DR. very situational.
we can stretch it a bit and put in Reincarnation. This is a 30 minute cooldown (kind of) and it doesnt reset on dungeon start. Also you lose m+ time on it and you lose raid buffs. Very scuffed “Cheat death”

personally i believe that Augmentation is overloaded.

I hope you take a second look at the power of Augmentation in m+

Will we see more expansion of already established lore over the course of the Worldsoul Saga? Smaller tidbits, not just large swathes. There’s quite a lot of smaller, less important at times bits of lore that are just left hanging in quests never to be picked up again.

is there any chance for transmog to not remove or hair or make us bald in the future?

What’s the deal with Alexstrasza basically never acknowledging Ysera since she got back?
Girl lost her sister years ago and doesn’t even spend time with her when she returned.

During the flashback sequences with Emberthal we saw certain Dracthyr embodying other classes than just Evoker - are there any plans to introduce other classes to Dracthyr?

Will I ever receive a higher resolution totem on my orc shaman?

  1. Will there be a Collectors Edition and if yes, how will it align with the 3 day early launch for us, since usually it is shipped in the last days before launch or a few days after launch in some cases.
  2. What is the general directon of the spell/ability outlines for NPC-s, previously (in mop for example) there were a clear indicators where is the end of an ability, where its safe to stand, but in recent expansions the lines were mure blurred, like in Neltharus’ final boss where i cant clearly see the edge of his AOE and that caused a few broken keys.
  3. The Expansion’s patches will continue to give us more zones in the future, or its only that 4?
  4. With the cross-realm raid enable, does that mean I, as an Alliance player on Silvermoon(EU) can join, play and progress with a semi-hc Horde guild on Ragnaros(EU) without any problem OR there will be still some restrictions?

During interviews to Dragonflight, it was mentioned that we would get to see Gilneas rebuild in game. Any info on when this will happen?

Will there be a physical collectors edition like in the past ? And if so, how would early access and Beta access work for those that go via that route?

What are your intentions with new Customisations for those races that are still very restricted with them such as Void Elves? Is there a plan to have Race specific coloring for certain classes abilityes? (Void elves paladins having Void colored magic etc)

will we ever be able to for example transmog a main hand in my case as a priest a dagger or a mace into a staff? at the moment for the past few expansions all transmogs that i use are only perfect with a staff transmog. for this reason i refuse to go for a mace or a dagger even if it would be 10times a bigger upgrade than the current staff i wield. i would like to hear a clear answer on that please. thank you in advance

Hey ! :slight_smile: I am so surprised you didn’t take the opportunity to make nerubians a playable race especially with how cool those humanoid models look.

My question though is what is your thought process behind the 3 day early access?

  • As a mega fan who always buys the epic edition this doesn’t appeal to me in the slightest. This doesn’t feel good for those who can’t afford such a price and gives the rest of us an advantage of things like farming mats and controlling the AH. you would of been better giving us a toy flag to be honest.

With there being less restrictions on what races can play what classes, are there any plans on doing more in-depth explorations into the individual lore of these new combinations?

Accessibility - A couple of good friends of mine suffer from heavy arachnophobia. While they somehow managed to deal with it ingame in recent years, they voiced concerns about the future expansion having an entire zone + raid having a nerubian theme, thus being heavy on spiders.
Question: Will you consider implementing an option to help players with a fear of spiders or spider-like creatures? For example, transmorph spider monsters into something else like ducks or bears?
