Kind of the reason why I’m not renewing my game time. Game is great, but the service just has a lot of shortcomings. From what I read in previous posts, is that by overturn, the player will most likely be compensated by offering them free game time.

I don’t need free game time, all I want is to atleast get an answer after 4 nearly 5 days
Update: Got an answer and even if it’s clear that my account was compromised it won’t get unsuspended, next automatic answer from a GM called 리멜디아, he probably well studied what I wrote in a ticket in German. Insane what has become of this company.
