I did the quest chain recently(month ago) you’ll have to google the whole quest chain that pre-empts the insurection stuff. Just go to the hub accept all the quests there and do those. You’ll also have to activate all the lay lines if you haven’t already. if you google the idiviudal insurection questlines the guides won’t tell you what quests are needed to make the chain available
